I’m 46 years old and have struggled with weight all my life. A health scare led me to where I am today. I had to make sustainable changes to improve my overall health. It took me 6 months to lose my weight, drop all my levels and finally start to feel better.
It all started in 2017 when I started to train my Football team utilizing bands. I noticed their performance on the field increased so I wanted to learn as much as I could about them. I got certified in resistance band training and started to train friends, their spouses, and word of mouth led me to start training many others. I was amazed at how so many people at different fitness levels could easily use this method of TUT and increase lean muscle, lose weight and feel great. I knew I was on to something!
My diet played a huge role in my success. I practice Intermittent Fasting and eat organic foods. I combined this way of eating with my clients and weight was lost but more importantly, they all started feeling better. Processed food is loaded with chemicals and additives that will often leave you feeling bad and will hurt your overall performance. I noticed that when my clients consumed less processed foods, gains in their workouts went up simply because they had more energy to push themselves. Once this started to happen, they asked me to start filming my workouts. Over the course of the last year, my programming has gone to the next level and I’m so happy that you’re making that decision to put your health first.
Discipline is needed to gain better overall health. I’m certain that anyone can do it with the right mind set. When you eat better, you feel better and will work out more.
